The location is ideal for traveling into the main part of town and the hotel itself has a restaurant, pool bar,and multiple pools. Our room in particular is dated, the tiles in the shower step are pulling apart due to water damage. The ventilation in our room is poor which makes for a stuffy room. You are expected to check yourself in at a kiosk and front desk interaction is to let you know your way around the property and amenities.

specifically ask for room close to hot tubs, traveling with two men 75 years old, had to walk 1 block to pool and mineral hot tubs, ask to change rooms although we had not set up room they gave us, insisted we pay 50. dollars to change, clerk was very rude. Room could have been cleaner carpet was not clean. Will not recomend this "resort" .

We enjoyed the location and the hot springs facilities. Loved all the flowers & plants around the property as well. But, my room was across the street at a neighboring older hotel that must have been purchased by the main hotel. It has super thin walls- can hear everything above & next door room). It has old, dirty carpet & old bathroom fixtures. I would not stay here again.

Twin Peaks is a wonderful property. Rooms are clean, staff is great, the pool/hot tubs were clean and wonderful. Also the daily breakfast buffet was very above average and more of a typical breakfast buffet at a restaurant versus the standard hotel breakfast.
