"Big spacious suite and balcony. The toilet is a bit of a ā€œcramped areaā€. You come to stay here and you relax immediately. Itā€™s so calm and pleasant. The pool is huge and the area is very nice and so quiet. Itā€™s an oasis. All the staff was so nice and friendly and helpful except for the checkout. The lady was not smiling, didnā€™t ask how our stay was (4 night stay) and when we asked if we could change 200 MAD she just said no we canā€™t do it. I wouldā€™ve expected her to say let me see if a boutique might be able to change it for you or tell us where we could go to change it. But no, she didnā€™t offer any solution. And no nice goodbye. It felt rushed is so very different than what we experienced the days before. So it left a bit of a sour taste to what was a very sweet stay. So I would say- itā€™s an oasis and you will feel relaxed just walking in. The pool area was the best and the staff in the pool area were very nice. The food is overpriced. The room- we had a suite was perfect. Iā€™ve never slept so good, you canā€™t hear a thing and bed is very comfortable."

"11/10 ā€” An Exceptional Hotel Experience Mƶvenpick Marrakech is truly more than a hotelā€”it is an experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The hotel is beautifully maintained, extremely clean, and every detail is taken care of. The staff are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need, and their genuine hospitality makes you feel truly welcomed and cared for. The breakfast is one of the richest and most impressive I have ever experienced. The variety is incredible, everything is fresh, and the quantity is never an issueā€”the dishes and plates are constantly replenished. There are also live cooking stations, which make breakfast feel like a complete dining experience rather than simply a hotel buffet. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and immaculate, and the hotel offers excellent amenities. The pools are exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, making them perfect for relaxing. The lobbies are huge and elegant, with lovely touches such as chocolate tasting and a dedicated Moroccan tea station. Everywhere you look, there is attention to cleanliness, comfort, quality, and service. I would honestly rate this hotel 11/10. It exceeded my expectations in every way. From the incredible staff and spectacular breakfast to the beautiful amenities and immaculate surroundings, Mƶvenpick Marrakech is truly more than amazing. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it."

"The room was clean, the staff were okay. Hassan one of the kitchen staff was very helpful. Most of the food was bland meaning there was no salt and no spices added to the food. They didn't have varieties of food. Some of the foods were labelled and others were not, so I couldn't eat the unlabelled ones since I didn't know what they were. All in all the food was manageable but not fantastic."
