"O ambiente é agradável. O café da manhã é simples, mas satisfatório. As roupas de cama sao limpas e novas. A cama e travesseiros confortáveis. O único problema foi a falta de privacidade do quarto por ter treliça na parte superior das paredes que dão para áreas comuns e o cheiro forte de mofo."

"The stay there was generally great. Good view from the accommodation, quiet and good breakfast. Service is nice, and efficient through WhatsApp. Only one issue is the last night of my stay there are termites. I know that they are not harmful, but the wings and worms dropped on my baggage. I don’t know if there are efficient and sustainable way to avoid this or not. Guess it might be a common issue living in old buildings. Overall, Ouro Preto is so nice, worth coming and living for some time."

"I liked the guy in charge of the place and this place was very, very cheap, so one can not expect much. Further more, we are Danish, so maybe we are spoiled. Never the less, we booked for 18 people (two times 9 bed dorms). We called in advance to make sure we knew what to bring. We were instructed only to bring towels. When we arrived there were only mattresses for 12 people, pillows and linnen for 8. We could have brought that stuff, so it was dissapointing that we were not told when we called....

"So much disappointment to sum it up. I came in upgraded my room for a bigger bed. In the room the floors were not level, the water took 20 min to heat up, not including the low pressure my toilet clogged on day one by day four couldn’t take it anymore and after excessively complaining they changed rooms when all I asked for was a maintenance person (none on site??!! ). New room was worse then the old but they said they would not charge the upgrade fee which they lied. They did charge me but cut $80 off price of total stay. All I needed was a plunger, not available but the market around the corner had one for 7$. New room had uneven floors and was located facing Main Street. Also on fourth floor of hotel. Top floor windows were single pane and might have well not been there. All the street noise came right into the room all day night long. There were spots In the walls / window area where you can see right though to the street. Meaning I can spit onto the street from the room through the floor. I can see clearly to the floor below as well. The roof. Made of tin was so annoying noisy when it rained unbearable. I did not sleep one night In the new room since getting it. But I was too scared to keep complaining because they literally did nothing to help. The bathroom bidet was leaking so bad it was flooding the. Bathroom. I had to turn It off from the valve instead of the handle because it wouldn’t stop. I have photos of all the lunacy. On the last day construction. "
"In Brazil childrem are not allowed in Motel. Only 21 and older. .on the site that is nothing saying that Levile is a Motel. Very wrong.i had to spend the night with my 2 teenagers because i got the for my check in around 10:30. Expedia needs to specify if it is a Hotel or Motel. There is notice sayind on the website, also alloed me to asd the teenagers. "
"For the price the property is decent. The bed was comfortable and coffee and pastries are served for breakfast. Expect no heating during the winter months of the southern hemisphere as it can be cold. "
