"Stunning place to stay. So much history. The area where the mansion is located is beautiful. The room was nice, the bed was super comfy, hotel staff are fantastic and very eager to help. Breakfast was delicious with many things to choose from. We were even able to order off the menu. We had an issue with the heat, but it was promptly taken care of. We would most definitely stay there again."

"I stayed for the Twice concert and found this place that was in great distance to the stadium. Didn't feel like i settled at all! Staff was great, check in was smooth and the view was amazing, overlooking the city and skyline. Breakfast was great too with many options, yogurt stood out to me the most alongside their sausages. Definitely a great area to stay within the city and mall. "

"My husband and I were in Charlotte this past weekend to support our daughter who was competing in a body building competition. We chose this hotel as it was close to the convention center where the competition was being held. It's a really nice hotel. The rooms are large and well equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. The bathrooms were also nice and clean with fluffy towels. The highlight of my trip was the amazing staff, in particular Ashley, who was at the check in desk when we arrived....

"Stayed at this location to attend a concert at Spectrum Center. This was a short walk there. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They offer luggage storage, nightly receptions, and free (really good) breakfast. The rooms are a really good size and have a microwave and mini fridge. I would definitely stay at this location again. "

"Very clean and comfortable! The front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the restaurant had actually a fantastic burger for an Italian restaurant. We were in town for a show and we’re so pleased that the walk from the hotel to the theater was less than three blocks and very easy to navigate. We felt safe and valet parking was smooth too. "

"Absolutely love my stay at the Element, and a big reason for that is because of the hotel staff. Everyone at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Ashely working at breakfast buffet was so kind and made great food. The hotel is in a convenient location, you're right by a bunch of restaurants, Whole Foods, and museums (highly recommended the discover science center). The room is cozy, the bed is comfy, and everything else is great too. I have no complaints at all."
