"This is not a hotel by your standard definition. It’s an empty room with no amenities you’d expect in a hotel. The pillows are an insult. They must be $1 and the comforter was basically a napkin. The women that worked at the front desk wouldn’t even make eye contact. They were just absolutely dreadful at customer service. There is no soap or shampoo or conditioner in the bathrooms. No blow dryer. The sounds coming upstairs were absolutely terrifying. Loud bangs all night and not the sexy kind. I complained several nights that I was unable to sleep. Nothing was done. They didn’t care. The window barely cracks open. You’re stuck in your room with no fresh air. Oh! You have to PAY FOT THE WIFI! The free included one does not work, it felt like such a scam that they’d even say they have internet because they do NOT. You have to call a call center and pay for the internet on your own. The TV wasn’t working the first night. The shower has no pressure at all. The drain got clogged and you were showering in standing water and it was horrible. The towels are also deplorable. Could maybe wrap a toddler. Seriously there’s better quality towels at th dollar tree. I know they’re an extended stay and don’t need to have anything but come on guys, like could you just try? Try a LITTLE? It feels like you hate people."
