"Very nice cleaning staff and front desk people. They returned something I lost to me and I was very grateful. For the price, it's well worth the money. My only complaint is the age of all the appliances and visible dust in east to reach places. Other than that everything was very good. May stay there again. "The house did not open when we first arrived. We got in but they needed to bring batteries for the front door lock. The house was freezing upon entry and had to call add the thermostat is not adjustable by guests. The garage door opener was stolen which they knew. The downstairs tv had several remotes. Several did not work (batteries?) so I wasn’t able to watch a game. The basketball game in the basement was fun for my son. Property was in good condition and the beds were nice but way too many problems given the price. "
