The hotel was located beside Victoria station and underground so commuting around the city was easy. The room was very clean and quiet with a fabulous view across the city. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and the staff were very helpful. We would definitely stay at the Riu again.

Third stay at this hotel, I was sorry this was not recognised by the rather abrupt check in person. Our room was very small and noisy as directly over the terrace. However, the breakfast was wonderful and the staff in the breakfast room very very lovely too … the jury’s out on whether we will stay again.

Beautiful hotel, right downtown next to the Victoria Station underground tube. Very convenient. Good location. Rooms were clean. Excellent breakfast with many choices. Very friendly and helpful staff. Treats and coffee in the room rooms a little small but adequate. Very good hotel to stay and I would recommend it.
