I did not authorize the exact charges a second time. The manager pretty much went off on me after I called to ask. Still have no idea why all the charges which have nothing to do with Pet and parking or taxes. The fake manager lied telling my husband how his wife (me) called the manager of the hotel all sorts of evil names and the fake manager claimed he witnessed overhearing all of it.
