"The stay was overall pleasant, comfortable, and convenient! The lounge room on the top floor was amazing! However, being on the top floor, made it difficult to keep the temperature at a tolerable temperature. The temperature never got below 72 the entire stay, which is hotter than I prefer. "

I had requested specific beds and it was honored and upon entering the room, they even had the extra bedding we needed ready for us. All of the staff would acknowledge you and was amazing. "there was a little bit of confusion about the shuttle bus, however overall great and I’m glad that I chose this hotel.
1. let us checked in a few hours before the actual check-in time. it’s nice especially if you were with kids after a long trip. and welcomed us with chocolate chip cookies!
2. room is spacious and clean
3. hot coffee and tea is always available at the lobby
4. shuttle bus takes to/from airport and even to the mall anytime per request
5. pool is open for 12 hours. kids were super happy
6. IHop is connected, accessible anytime without going outside, servers were friendly and nice as well
7. free wifi and cable tv.
