The mattress was too soft and lumpy and the parking was terrible, especially if you have a large vehicle. It seems like parking is an issue in downtown Rochester. Oh, and a trainiterally passes just feet from he hotel in the middle of the night. "

"Donna at the front desk was very polite and accommodating. My first room was facing the street and I asked for a different room and the 2nd room was perfect. She knew the area very well and suggested somewhere to eat that was very close . The hotel also provides a free shuttle to the Mayo campus."

"There was a lot of construction making it difficult to navigate streets and locate parking ramps. Also, the Kahler Inn and Suites parking ramp is small with narrow lanes. I do not like their parking ramp. Having said that, Kahler Inn and Suites is usually where I stay when I have appointments at Mayo clinic."

"Had a great stay. The location has great access to Mayo Clinic. The hotel is connected by the underground and skywalk systems. It has great restaurants close by- within a block and 2 inside the hotel. The room was clean and the staff changed towels daily. The bathroom was a bit small but that was expected in this historic hotel. But it was clean and everything worked well. There are lots of plugins too which is appreciated. We had to change our hotel stay and the staff were fantastic to work with. "

"When we come to Mayo, this is where we always stay. It's connected to the Mayo subway walkway. Its clean, beds are comfortable, and free covered parking. I highly recommend. Staff is very friendly and helpful. "
