This was the perfect place to stay to be right by Mayo Hospital, affordable, clean, easy parking, and really nice people.

Nice staff. Very close to Mayo St Marys, shuttle bus or 15-20 min walk to Mayo main building. Good coffe bar. The room had no windows, it had windows to the corridor that had windows. Comfortable bed.

Our AC wasn’t working 100%, but the desk staff immediately brought a fan, which helped. This is a great location for St. Mary’s and nice dining places and is moderate walking distance to Mayo. We would definitely stay again.

It was disgusting! Dark, damp, crowded and disgusting! Humidity was horrid. We checked in, went to our room and checked OUT! My wife got bites on her feet! I REFUSE to pay for that place!

Had a room right next to the elevator that said "city view". Had a view of stop light. Room was small and smelled like pee. Toliet lid had to be taken off to get the toliet to stop running. Dated hotel.

We were very pleased with our stays here at Aspen Select. Staff has been very welcoming with our coming and going, Very quiet, comfortable beds and bath linens well stocked for 3 people. This hotel has an amazing history shared with guests in the breakfast area. We will return when in Rochester.

We had an office chair that was like sitting on the ground. Tiles were missing in the bathroom. Considering the age however we enjoyed the stay and will go back. It’s a good price.
