We got all the information regarding location, access and parking prior to check in time. The property was very clean and in a quiet location. It had everything we needed and was perfect for our weekend stay. The only negative is that the property was 78 degrees when we arrived about 9pm and it took a couple of hours to cool down. Would recommend getting in the property at check-in to adjust the temperature prior to settling in for the evening. We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful place to stay
Easy check in. Communication has been great. The Finley House is an amazing place to stay. It’s very clean and love that we have access to a full kitchen stocked with coffee for the morning.

Good trip. Had a little lack of communication in getting the code to get into the property, but beyond that, everything was great. It's a cool place to stay.

Beautiful property; a little loud and bright
The place was beautiful! Loved our suite. Unfortunately a few time during the night I woke up startled thinking someone was trying to come through our door, it was just the people above us walking around. Also we were in the corner suite and the traffic was very loud throughout the night, as well as the lights from the traffic. Needed black out curtains on all the windows, not just the two facing the road. As is I would recommend ear plugs and an eye mask. I loved the price and the property though and would consider staying there again.

Not what I paid for
I received the confirmation with her entry code to enter our property yesterday afternoon. When we arrived to what we’re supposed to be a two bedroom suite, we found that only was the door wide open to the outside, and we just walked in. I rented a two bedroom suite and one we got was a one bedroom with king, bed and sofa. The rest of the house appeared empty, but I have not been able to get a hold of anyone directly, even though I texted and called.

You were to be contacted by hotels.com prior to arrival since you were not a direct book. They double booked the apartment you requested and I accommodated you as I was suppose to. You had made your reservation for 2 guests and was put in an appropriate unit for 2 guests. You brought in a 3rd guest without notification. So, you actually received exactly what you paid for!! When booking you should always be honest as to how many guests will be staying.

Communication was great. The home was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. We were very pleased to be able to enjoy a cup of coffee in the kitchen before packing up to leave in the morning. ThNk you for a wonderful stay.

Very unique property! Loved every thing about it!!! Very comfortable as soon as you walk through the door!!! You did not even stay. You canceled your stay 2 days before arrival. You are mad because you did not get a refund that you knew wasn't refundable when booked. You then call and leave me nasty messages calling me names. How was it terrible? Nice try lady!!!! I have great reviews. Next time you shouldn't lie have a blessed day.

It is a very unique property with a lot of history. It was super clean and the proprietors were very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property if you are in the Owasso area.

Loved this property! The house is beautiful and we were in love with it. Unfortunately we did not get to spend enough time there . We were in for a wedding and only stayed one night. I would definitely recommend if you like properties with a history and a lot of character and charm.

The room itself was nice. The dormer windows that opened and the built in bookshelves and drawers were great. My husband double punched a number for the key code to get in the place, so we kept getting an "operation failure" warning. Eventually a siren went off. I texted the owner, got no response. Called, and she called right back. She had to unlock the door for us and reset the code. It was raining at the time. Not a good beginning. We went to dinner, and when we came back the key card would not swipe. There were no instructions, but were swiped it every which way everywhere on that door lock. I called again, no answer, so I left a message. Then I texted. We finally thought to use the code, and that worked. I texted her back to say we were in. Finally got a text back where she argued twice that the swipe card was active and would work. Sorry ma'am, it did not at that time. Later, I had to run out to the car to get something. Lo and behold, the swipe card worked then! The toilet is situated in the bathroom so that when you sit down you are facing the shower. There is not enough room for your legs, especially if you are much over 5 feet. My husband is 6 feet tall. I am only 5'2", and I didn't even feel comfortable using that toilet. The height of the doorway to the bathroom is too short for someone that is tall. There are no outlets near the head of the bed. We had to use a borrowed extension cord to run a CPAP machine. Something to keep in mind when renting out a room.

Hello, I am sorry I don't have my phone on me to answer every call. I responded immediately. I didnt argue with you. If you got that through a text message you should have called to discuss. You did have instructions on how to use your key card it was sent with your check in instructions. If it worked when you went to your car it was working the whole time i cant just magically make it work.....you were just not using it correctly. There is a plug at the headboard of the bed. Extension cord is in the drawer!! All you had to do was ask. Have a blessed day.
