It was the LONGEST ever. The guy said we didn’t have a reservation even though we had the itinerary #. He typed and typed and typed. We finally got to the room it was in need of updates. The TV didn’t work, the blow dryer was missing a piece. The shower curtain was hung too high and the water just came out onto the floor. Even though we asked at check in for a noon check out, two different people began banging on the door at 11:20. They were going around with a clipboard. We did see heavy police presence so it might not be the safest. We didn’t have the breakfast. "

"Front desk did not respond to emails prior to stay. Front desk was unaware of whether or not pillows in the room were foam or feather. “Front desk doesn’t know about that kind of stuff, only housekeeping.” When asked about late checkout, instead of leaving a note for a one hour extension, response “You can stay until 12, if they knock on your door just tell them that.” Odd lackadaisical service. "

"Poorly run and run down building. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable so that was nice. The building was very run down and the staff were adequate but not very accommodating. Would not recommend. "

"I am a 6’5” man. I booked a room with a king sized bed so that I could have enough space to sleep comfortably, I went to check in and was given a room with two tin sized beds and was charged $30 more than the price that I had reserved"
