No pool. Staff couldn't give me a receipt for my expenses. I tried to explain what I meant but gave up and left frustrated. Only one lady seemed fluent in English out of the four employees I talked to.

My overall stay was great. The night receptionist was kind & helpful. Check in & check out was easy. My room was clean. The microwave, frig, tv, ac unit worked & the bed was very comfortable

Upgrade the Bathrooms!

Overall, the room was fine. However, the bathrooms need a serious upgrade! Everything in those bathrooms need to be replaced from the toilet to the shower faucet to the countertop. They did not do a great job cleaning the desk chair. It had a layer of dirt on what otherwise would have been a nice vinyl chair.

We couldn't get our remote to work, contacted staff, they were very efficient, in getting matter resolved. No kleenex in the bathroom, had to ask for a light bulb for one of the lamps. There is no elevator, you have to climb stairs.

Never had a hotel offer air freshener before

Upon arrival the place looked a little rough, but once we entered room there was an awful smell. I can’t even describe to smell, because I don’t know what it was nor have I ever smelled it before. We turned on the air to see if it would get rid of the smell. Unfortunately it didn’t help. After we came back to the room that night I asked about a smell in the room and whether all the rooms smelled like that? I was told that the rooms just hasn’t been used in awhile and they would get me some air freshener! The receptionist gave me a premixed squirt bottle of air freshener and unfortunately after a large amount of air freshener the room still smelled! I would have rather smelled the smoke smell in the hallway! Definitely would not recommend and regret not reading any reviews before booking! Definitely NOT WORTH $120!!!
