"After a 35min + que time for the reception, the room provided was not clear. Underwear and socks from previous guests were found in the room. We were provided with a new room without any apology or support in moving room etc. The new room provided had a dirty bathroom with lots of hair stuck in the drain filter in the shower. Wifi was very weak/ not working in the room, but strong in the reception. We forgot my daughter's teddy in the room at check out and contacted the hotel a few hours...
