"I really wanted to give this place the 5th star, but I dropped one due to a few things. The good: hotel was clean, safe, quiet, located in a centralized place in town close to plenty of attractions and food. The water pressure in the shower was good (I swear half the hotels these days don't have good pressure) and endless hot water. The room was spacious, but I would have given up some of the room for a little bit bigger bathroom. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pools were open and clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I loved the fact that I could barely hear people in the hallways while inside my room without having to stuff a towel at the bottom. Now the bad: maybe not super bad, but just a bit inconvenient, but to get into the gym you need to specifically tell them you want access or else your card won't work. Another complaint would be the water spots and mold spots that are dotted here and there on the ceilings. Honestly, it would be an easy fix if they just change those out and would make the place look even cleaner. Lastly, I'm not sure what the deal was but we had the ac turned off down as far as it would go at 60 and the humidity would just not go away so I didnt sleep well at all because I would wake up sweating. I only live an hour and a half away so I'm used to this heat and humidity. But lordy it was bad. Overall though, I'd give this place a solid 4 stars."
