"We actually did not stay here because the ATLANTIC OCEAN IS NOT A HOTEL!!!! It is a condominium where some people rent their apartments. The very nice lady at the gate told us it is a condominium and furthermore, she did not know we were coming because no one had told her. They were going to make up the room but this took more than an hour. We decided to make a reservation at a real hotel."

"This residential hotel is so much more comfortable than staying at a supposedly fancy hotel nearby. For the solo business traveler or vacationing family. There is a nice coffee shop across the street and the hotel is 2 blocks from the beach. Very quiet and comfortable."

"Ao todo a hospedagem foi muito boa. Ficamos no AP 1206. Local limpo, aconchegante e confortável. Os quartos são pequenos e a cama faz bastante barulho ao se mexer, algumas luzes estavam com mal contato mas nada que nos incomodasse já que passávamos o dia fora e só parávamos para dormir. A cozinha é ótima e bem completa (panelas, utensílios e eletrodomésticos em geral). Alugamos o AP Premium pela hidromassagem também e na hora de ligarmos ela encheu normalmente mas não estava funcionando o...

"First of all, this is a condo in a luxury building. The building is beautiful. If you want to feel secure, this is the place. There are guards at every entrance and they must buzz you in AND OUT. The whole property is surrounded by a glass wall. The building is called Landscape Fortaleza. I would guess that this unit has been a rental for some time, given the condition. Once you walk around the city you begin to understand why the apartment is in the state it’s in. It definitely needs a refresh...
