"I think people just don’t care for pools anymore because the whole time I was there absolutely no one went into that pool. The property is beautiful but there was no entertainment. Breakfast was good and free. I heard that they give you a breakfast bag if you’re checking out in the morning but none was offered to me so I don’t know. Rooms are average. Location not too bad but if you book any excursions the bus won’t pick you up, you’ll have to uber to a different location to get the bus."

"I’ve genuinely never stayed anywhere quite like this—and not in a good way. This hotel is so far from 5-star, it’s hard to know where to begin. On arrival, there was just one person working at reception during what we were told is peak season. You’re forced into a single queue for everything—check-in, broken room keys, general queries—which meant a long wait just to get to the desk. Unsurprisingly, no one in the queue seemed happy. The rooms are incredibly dated—like stepping back into the 1970s. Everything feels old and tired, right down to a corded phone mounted on the bathroom wall. It’s not charming or retro, just in serious need of an update. Breakfast was completely average—nothing you’d expect from a hotel positioning itself as 5-star. The pool itself is decent, but it was so overcrowded that people were sitting on the floor due to a lack of seating. Towels also ran out and weren’t replenished, despite asking multiple times. At best, this is a 3-star hotel charging 5-star prices. I wouldn’t recommend it."

"This was the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. And it wasn’t just normal street noises. The design of the hotel is such that some rooms have a window into the lobby. Guests and staff sat at the lobby tables (right outside our random window) talking loudly all night. Light from the lobby also poured in through the semi-sheer curtains. It was odd. And even with earplugs, it was unbearably loud. Also, be warned, there is NO PARKING at the hotel and not much safe overnight parking nearby. "
