"We stayed during hurricane Simon. The staff was excellent and did what they could to make our stay comfortable considering the circumstance of the storm. The restaurant staff was exceptional. We had no problem speaking English. The rooms are clean and very large. The overall decor of the hotel and gardens are beautifully done and the pool is beautiful. It's like a grand hotel that needs a little bit of polishing but we enjoyed our stay and would go back."

"This was our first time to this area of Nuevo Nayarit and I picked this hotel for our first 2 nights before we went elsewhere. It ended up being so amazing we went back for the last 3 nights of our trip. The staff are really friendly, it's relaxing and the pools are amazing.
