"Horrible! Our room had 4 lamps in it.. only 1 had a light bulb . When I went down to ask for more I was told they were locked in the maintenance room and I'd have to wait till the next day. I asked for an extra pillow both days we were there.. was told someone would bring it to me .. never happened. ..."
