Room and bathroom had everything we needed for one night’s stay. Convenient with good parking. Big pub and restaurant and breakfast included in stay is always a plus. Got to watch the Euro 2024 semi-final in the pub with locals.

We had a great 3 day stay at the Farmers Arms. The staff were very friendly and provided us with a fantastic breakfast everyday. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, there were tea and coffee making facilities which were replenished every day.
St Merryn is a beautiful village with Harlyn and Constantine being some of the best beaches in the country in my opinion.
We will definitely be heading back soon.

The staff could not do enough for us, they were friendly and very helpful. Our room was very nice and very clean plenty of towels, coffee etc options in the room (loads in fact!) . Two good sized car parks so no worries on that front. The building is a proper pub which is lovely when so many or closing down or being modernised. Overall if anyone is looking for a traditional friendly B&B in a pub I would totally recommend The Farmers Arms

The room was clean breakfast ok we felt we were a hindrance to the management felt it was a pub that had a few rooms to let and didn't realy want the trouble when we left just had to leave key in the door and go would not return
