Conveniently located in the middle of town with a reasonable price tag. There is nothing fancy, which I like. It has a small town feel with a friendly and attentive staff. We have stayed here several times and will return on our next trip to Pagosa Springs.

The hotel seems old and needs repairs in certain areas. The bed was great and very comfortable. It was very clean and average for an old hotel.

Pictures on web site are deceiving. Property has no views or seclusion at all. Just an asphalt parking lot next to busy main road with FedEx building on one side and another hotel on the other! Staff seemed helpful, and I'm sure the owners are doing the best they can. But the facility is very old and run down, with ugly repairs and stuff cobbled together. Room smelled like it had previously been smoked in and lots of paint trying to cover up. The beds were lumpy, and the heater made a loud noise waking us up all night long. The included breakfast was actually nice, with a good variety of cereals, breads, fresh fruit, etc. Way over priced for what it is.
