I paid for nothing. I tried to call the customer service they saud they gonna help me. But i called 6x but no one resolved my it. Instead they said they are not goinv to refund the money because the property denied or confirm to cancel it. My family has to book different booking and paid more. On this property...basically they scam me and take advantage of it.
