"Facility was under construction in the interior pool room area, was informed after check in that the pool room was closed and under construction. Might have been better if they let the guest know before making reservations that part of their offerings was not available."

"This is a lovely place. Our top choice when we go to Salt Lake. If you are going down for General Conference,it is the perfect location. Only a 15-20 min walk from temple square. One block from trax if you choose and in the free zone. Clean and friendly. "

"I absolutely loved this place! It's old world charm was delightful to be in! The bigger rooms and the east they have kept it so nice while still keeping the traditional look and feel was amazing. I will always stay here when I visit!"

"Only downside, was that both rooms we stayed in 401 & 603 (both sofa beds were super uncomfortable to "sit" on. The section that pulls out for bed "sinks" to the floor when you sit on it. Its about a half foot height difference for the regular seat height and doesn't provide any firmness to the sofa) Other than that the elevators are super fast/clean, hallways are nice and wide. Breakfast provided ran out of food after about 8:30-9 during Saturday and Sunday "convention guests"?"
