The room is clean but too much noise, you can hear people talking outside like the wall is nonexistent. Breakfast only has vegetarian option

Only gripe is there was no conditioner in the shower…weird to provide shampoo & lotion but not conditioner.

Really great staff. We checkin super late at 3am in the morning, the front door is locked for guest safety (I think after midnight?). I liked this feature a lot, make me feel extra safe inside the property. I had to wake the operator up to get the doors open, but she was very nice and understanding. Checkin took no time at all, she offered us water, explained breakfast time, etc. Enjoyed the stay a lot!

Thank for you the positive review. I am glad to hear you felt safe while inside the hotel. The night auditor does do multiple duties at night so they were probably away from the desk but can always be reached by the phone provided in the entrance. We hope to see you again in the future.

Good You Can Count On
Hampton Inn Corning/Horseheads is always a great spot to stay when we travel. It's not too far, a good middle distance on our regular trips, and has nearby stuff to do. Recommend 100%

Was the last of the 3 Hampton Hotels stayed in on a trip to New York. Breakfast didn't include potatoes with eggs. No cookies or water. Only Hampton that didn't require a incidental deposit.

Uncomfortable beds, door kept having scanpad fall off, bathroom door didn’t latch and towel hanger kept falling off, was charged for service dog and staff said nothing to me on checkin.

Thank you for the review. I have passed along the issues with the room to the maintenance department. Regarding the comment about the charge for the service animal nothing was stated upon check in that about the dog, however the desk clerk seen on camera you coming into the end of the hotel with 2 dogs. That is why the fee was charged. She added a note in your reservation that she tried calling the room and no one answered.

Our room was located right next to the engine room. Something was continually going on and off all night. A room that costs $200 per night should not be noisy. We had no option to move as the place was sold out. The hotel should never have had a room in this location. Laundry, cleaning supplies etc should be in there….not a room that is rented out. Very disappointed in Hampton Inn, as it is usually our favorite hotel

Loved the breakfast choices, especially the pumpkin waffle batter! Staff was friendly and helpful. Didn’t like the slow elevator that jerked a little.
