The front desk staff of Zhu, Jeril, and Ben, were simply amazing!!! The room was super clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed two things the most, the pool and the breakfast. The pool was really clean and well attended by the staff. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. There were so many food choices that changed every day. Also, the staff at the breakfast were always at ready to help you in any way. We will make Quest our hotel of choice in Cebu.

The hotel was very clean. The rooms were very nice and a lot of space. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Glenn, one of the managers was very helpful, especially to my family. We encouraged other family members to leave their current hotels close by to join us at our hotel. The pool was fantastic and the restaurant/food selections were great. This is a prime location to stay when visiting Cebu. This is located very close to the airport vs. staying somewhere near the SM mall. We visit Cebu frequently and love all of the amenities the Reef offers. We suggest that you book the deluxe room, which includes a big bathtub and a large patio deck. Definitely worth the price.

Nice resort right on the beach. There is a pool and a designated swimming area right off the adjacent beach.
Breakfast was nice with a choice of American or Filipino favorites. Staff was friendly and helpful, and provided overnight laundry service.
The only downside is it’s about a 20 minute walk back out to the main road where there are other shopping and restaurant choices. Not a deal breaker though, as Grab will come directly to the resort and take you wherever you need to go.
