The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is absolutely unbeatable – everything you need is right around the corner, from supermarkets and shops to plenty of restaurants. "The spa was relaxing but not good value for money. The premium upgrade is basically futile, you’re only entitled to a robe, a couple soft drinks in your fridge and the ability to reserve a spot in a slightly upgraded dining experience. Upon reflection I wish I didn’t upgrade. However my fiance had her birthday and when I disclosed it the staff put in an effort to make her feel special with complimentary cava and a birthday message. Overall, I won’t be coming back due to extortion and inadequate value for money. "
