Find the town on the eastern coast of Unguja, which is the main island in the Zanzibar archipelago. Fly to the Zanzibar international airport beside Zanzibar City and drive east for about 30 miles (50 kilometres) to get here in an hour. You can also take a ferry to the island from the Tanzania mainland city of Dar es Salaam.
