"Hello, We actually was not happy with our stay. We expect far more for the price we payed. The check In process was horrible.. We stand 1 Hour with our 2 Kids in car because she can‘t find us in system and so she ignor us. The overall condition of the house was very bad. The whole Appartement smells bad. Specially the Bathrooms smell horrible. It is disgusting. We didnt dare to go to the pool because the water system smells horrible. Furthermore there are small ants everywhere in the house....

"Beautiful beach, comfortable bed & good shower, clean & perfect for what we needed. Food was good in the Similan restaurant & breakfast also really good. Staff were friendly & helpful. Was a 400thb taxi ride into bang Niang night market so away from the centre but quiet for us & a short transfer to the pier for the early bird Similan island tour we booked in advance. "We checked in after staying at La Vela, with excellent support from Jan who is friendly, fun and very professional. We'd been allocated a villa - fantastic upgrade. If you can afford it, go for it! The rooms are enormous and luxurious. Everything you could ask for is there. The grounds are beautiful, manicured and lush. The pools are huge with so many sunbeds both poolside and beach side you'll be spoiled for choice. It's so perfect that I'm half afraid to return in case it's not so good next...

"This resort is the older style bungalow type. Yes, it’s a little dated, but is well kept and exactly what I wanted. Traditional Thai beach bungalows at a good price. Sheets were great, pool and grounds well kept by lots of staff. A great breakfast and lovely beach."
