Doors like from prison, stabbed with a knife or sth, completely not even fit, light was shooting from all sides from the corridor and you could hear even whispering. Bathroom dirty and rusty. "The staff was very helpful in answering any questions i had. This was very important since there isnt a local front desk. Although room service wasnt provided during my stay, which i was told about in advance, i did see someone cleaning rooms. All and all i would recommend."

"This hotel is close to downtown Catania (about 2 km walk). We were able to choose between a room downstairs or a suite upstairs. We chose the suite because it had a small kitchen and a private terrace. You have to take fairly narrow spiral staircase to get upstairs but this was not a problem for us. "The rooms are modern and very clean and comfortable. As a solo female traveler I also felt very safe here and could walk around to the market, bakery and restaurants easily. I really enjoyed my stay and it was nice to have a shared kitchen where I could store food in a fridge and make coffee each morning. The staff is very friendly a responsive and helpful. They even gave me a ride to the train station when I left Catania. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to my friends and family."
