"The decor was beautiful, very clean and pleasant fragrance inside. Food was great too. The very best thing was the helpful, friendly and attentive staff. Everyone, front desk, butlers, concierge, wait staff, room staff, doormen and drivers, all made us feel well taken care of and treated us like old friends. They seemed happy to greet us whenever seeing us, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. We loved our stay here and were sad to leave, but we will definitely return to stay again. "

The location is excellent — right in the heart of the historic district, making it easy to walk to plazas, churches, cafés, and restaurants, while still feeling calm and comfortable. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and made me feel at ease as a solo traveler. My room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable — a great place to relax after full days of exploring Panama City. I especially appreciated how well maintained everything felt. Overall, Hotel San Felipe offers a great combination of location, comfort, and warm hospitality. It was a lovely base for exploring Casco Viejo, and I would absolutely stay here again."
