"The room was very clean and smelled fine - no strange odors or must smell. The bed was very nice with white clean sheets, as were the towels. I did not interact with the staff except with check-in and they were very polite and courteous. The room was on the ground floor and on the backside of the motel. I slept peacefully throughout the night. I did not eat breakfast so I cannot comment on that. All in all a very pleasant stay."

"Everything was excellent about the hotel. However, while I was working out my daughter was playing guitar and singing. People heard her and opened the fitness center’s door so the rest of the people could hear her. After she sang for an hour, the front desk guy came down there and said, “You are going to have to stop. I can hear you over everyone in the lobby.” It was only 35-40 people drinking and hanging out in the lobby area. No way she was too loud, OR we are wondering if it was because she started singing a Christian song? He started to be rude, until he saw me. Then, he found his manners. I am not sure if the Christian song triggered him or not. To be fair, Maybe it was a coincidence. If so, I apologize, but it did not set well with me. I held myself together and just went to the room, but I kind of felt cheated. I guess the whole lobby full of people partying were not too loud though. Perturbed to say the least."

"Recently left a review voicing concern over dirty bedspreads, mildew on curtains. Came back due to leaving beach area avoiding hurricane and stayed again. Gentleman at the desk was so polite, courteous. Told me he was giving me two connecting rooms that had just been updated and he was 100% correct - room was absolutely fabulous. Only complaint I have is someone’s truck alarm started going off at 4:45am, they’d turn it off, 15 min later back again. Done this for over an hour. Definitely not hotels fault - back to hotel, super clean rooms, honestly appreciate them not gauging us during hurricane, already seen it at some others and gas stations. A big thanks to Comfort Suites Gadsden"

"Wasn’t too happy with our room, curtains weren’t hung correctly therefore a spotlight shined in our room all night. The bathroom toilet paper holder was coming off the wall and the floors immediately walking in the door still had crumbs from chips that had not been swept. All things that could be corrected so I’d stay again and the staff was wonderful!"
