The entire parking lot smelled of sewage but they charged me $19 per night to park in that disgusting smell!! My shower was rusted and nasty and the tub has a loud continuous leak. Not a freak, but an active running leak. As if the tube is on and loud enough you keep us away all night. The floors were dirty and haven’t been swept in years. My sucks were black from walking in the room, I had to throw them away after my stay. Went to Publix and spent $20 on supplies to clean and sanitize the room just to be habitable. No one answered the phone at any point when I called to complain and the receptionist was never at the Fri t desk. Horrible experience!!!!

There was mold in the shower! I informed housekeeping and the front desk personnel and was told it would be cleaned that day. After a long days work I returned to the room at 5pm and found that not only had the mold not been cleaned but the room and bathroom were not cleaned or made up.
