bathroom makes no sense place was understaffed and staff was indifferent hot tub was broken hours of hot tub miscommunication concierge was absent / non existent place is way overpriced for the services provided. They should at least include a decent breakfast.

No air and heater in the room, not enough towels, not enough pillows and the worse is the bed in not comffortable at all a lot lump and it sag in a lot of places.
