We absolutely loved this property. It was beautifully renovated. The rooms were comfortable. The staff were lovely. The property is well cared for. We wished the restaurant/bar was open as our only complaint but we would love to come back and stay for a longer visit.

The property is absolutely lovely. Having green space and some shade (by the south pool) made the stay next-level. The rooms are clean, fresh, and relaxing. I don't like a neon mural over the bed, so Casa Palma's spaces are a dream come true. One star off because the bedding felt poor-quality, a fix I'd hope they're working toward since everything else is such high quality (towels and toiletries A+). And a chair in the room would be nice. But I'd absolutely stay here again and am thankful I got to spend my getaway here.

Room was super clean, staff was very nice and responsive! They even sent a text & were available 24/7 fast response. The tennis courts, pools, pool table, gym, and free bikes for around town were perfect too. Overall great stay even though I stayed for one night. Wonderful stay!!! Excellent location (walkable to great shops and dining), and the property itself has so much to offer…pools, bikes, tennis, pickleball, croquet, yard games, etc. The food was outstanding and the on-site bar was a bonus. Casa Palma ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Exceptional experience at Casa Palma. I have been to luxurious Hotels around the world; Casa Palma caught my heart! Everything is beyond wonderful. Front desk staff and housekeeping are very kind and professional; They check on you to make sure that you don’t need anything. Place is very clean and beautiful; love the minimalist design. Wonderful sunrise and sunset views from the pool to take souvenir pictures. You can walk to downtown where you find coffee shop and local shop too. I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely come back again.

Buyer beware! The restaurant and “pool bar” are not open 7 days a week. The pool bar is only open for “happy hour” and only Thurs-Sun. The restaurant was closed Tues & Weds during my stay and staff said hours change “seasonally”. Given I was there during high season, assume it will be open even less in summer. The room was spartan. No dresser drawers, limited hanging. And the bed was aweful! Soft & uncomfortable. Our friends stayed here too & had the same complaint. The grounds are pretty & quiet. That was the one positive.
