Hotels near Palm Springs Visitor Center

"The property is absolutely lovely. Having green space and some shade (by the south pool) made the stay next-level. The rooms are clean, fresh, and relaxing. I don't like a neon mural over the bed, so Casa Palma's spaces are a dream come true. One star off because the bedding felt poor-quality, a fix I'd hope they're working toward since everything else is such high quality (towels and toiletries A+). And a chair in the room would be nice. But I'd absolutely stay here again and am thankful I got to spend my getaway here."

"We’ve stayed here before. We got to the hotel this time at 6 pm and our room still wasn’t ready, which is a first (that late in the evening), after staying in hundreds of hotels. So we changed into swimwear in our car, and went to the pool with our luggage. There was not ONE SINGLE CLEAN TOWEL. Not one. So we’re getting out of the water, freezing because there’s no way to dry off. That was also a first, for a hotel. We finally got access to our room at 7:30 pm, which is ridiculous. Our balcony was overlooking literally a giant air conditioning unit. Even my kids mentioned it was the worst view they’d ever seen. The kids had fun at the pool. There were other very nice guests we chatted with. But not having our room ready at 6 pm(!!) and no towels at all at the pool, make me think this place is horrible understaffed. We have three young kids so we tried to get late checkout, and we were told it “doesn’t exist”. Horrible. Omni nearby is 100x better. "
