"Air conditioning was very stable and constant. We were in a room very close to the elevator, this was the only passage way for other guests, yet we never heard anyone being disruptive throughout the day or night. the ice machine was right across our room and we never heard anyone else retrieving ice. the entire floor felt like it was emply. convenient location to a lot of food choices and shopping. "

"La Copa is where I stay when I am visiting my family in McAllen in South Texas. It is next to the La Plaza mall with amazing shops, especially good around Black Friday sales and a varied food hall. One member of staff that stood out was Hector who was night manager when I arrived. Due to multiple delays on American Airlines we got the McAllen at 11:45 pm and by the time we got our luggage is was well past midnight and THERE WERE NO TAXIS! I called the hotel and spoke to Hector saying I was stuck at the airport and he arranged an Uber car to collect me on his account. I was collected in less than 15 minutes and eventually got to the hotel very late but safely! My room was very clean and comfortable. Thanks again to Hector!"
