"Beautiful property with the space our family of 5 needed for sleeping. One thing we felt was missing is outlets as well as hooks in the shower or around room to hang up towels or wet swimsuits. Being as this is a hot springs resort, that seems to be a very needed thing in the rooms. Overall great experience however! "

"The views were beautiful from our room, multiple hot spring pools and jacuzzis with different temps to choose from, adults only hotel, great food and breakfast buffet was included. Complementary coffee, swim up bar, and the friendliest staff I have ever experienced. The housekeeping staff created different towel animals on our bed every day, very creative. It was close to town and area excursions. The only improvement I could recommend is having bigger beds in the rooms with 2 beds, they are full size instead of Queens. "

"Absolutely love the staff, location, food and ambiance! Tucked away with beautiful view of the volcano, and feels like you’re in the rainforest. We saw sloths, beautiful birds and pure bliss in nature! "

"All of the staff was welcoming and willing to offer assistance at all times. There was always staff eager to point out the sloths and monkeys in the trees. They always remembered our names and what we were doing the day before and would follow up to find out how our day went. The standouts for our trip were Anthony (front desk) as well as Carlos and Christopher (our servers at breakfast). We were enjoying a soak in one of the hot springs and a sloth with a baby came down from the tree next to us about 15 feet away. It was the most incredible experience. The food was expensive, but there was the option to go into town and enjoy local restaurants, which we did a few times. It was nice to walk around downtown, even safe at night. The private plunge pool was an amazing experience, especially when it rained, which was everyday. I would love to come back again, worth every penny. Thanks to the staff, it truly was a pura vida experience."

"I can’t say enough about this property. It truly is Paradise. It’s a hidden gym in Costa Rica. You can truly amaze with What you get the value for your money. This place is pristine in the middle of arenal volcano, next to shops and other restaurants and other Springs. It’s very drivable. The property itself is Paradise. It’s beautiful. It’s big, it’s guacamole in the springs are located inside the property and also offer zip lining a horseback riding. It has two restaurants in the property as well. "
