"Great stay for a night on our road trip. Lovely comfortable beds and cushions. We slept so good. The staff are very friendly and speak great English. A little bit far from restaurants but there are shops around should you need anything quickly. Breakfast was very good. "

The indoor pool area is extremely beautiful and continues to the outside area. The water is warm, probably above 30 degrees Celsius, but there is a small mini lake with colder water which is really nice. "Great parking and entrance areas, the staff were all very kind ava helpful, and the room was perfect. Everything was clean. It was a shared bathroom but that's no problem at all. It was a good, spacious bathroom. "

"Nicly situated hotel with beautiful view over Bodenmais. Pool, sauna, garden, restaurant and bar at the hotel. New proprietors (June 2025) which did everything to make us feel welcome and at home. A lot of out door activities avaliable in vicinity. Summer rodel was on our 12-year top list. Staying at Luca in Bodenmais gave access to a local activity card which gave really good discounts on a lot of activities - for instance was two tours with summer rodel at Silberberg, ski lift and tour in...

"Excellent service and wonderful food. We really enjoyed relaxing in the "Wald Apotheke" bar with the very interesting and enjoyable cocktail creations from Markus. The staff are warm and welcoming, always happy to help. Breakfast buffet has a wide selection of local high quality food. The same is true for the evening meal. The hotel is in a quiet area with plenty of local hiking routes in the Bavarian forest. "
