"Friendly at reception, key didn't work first time-happens, room was old and tired...holes in pillow. Very few outlets to charge anything. Bathroom was clean and shower good. The worst thing was the traffic noise...I kept the fan on all night to drown it out, therefore didn't sleep great. We were only there one night so it was fine but won't go back. "

"Room was nice and clean. Spa was broken and inoperable, which I expect to be working when it’s listed as an amenity. I saw no one there trying to fix it during my stay. This is also the first time stating at ANY hotel where they were unwilling to put lobby snacks on the room tab - a separate transaction (cash or card) was required to buy a bag of chips. Do better, Best Western."
