"I used to like this property on my previous stays. But now they don't seem to care much. When we checked in, we didn't feel as welcome We were told that since we booked with a 3rd party (Expedia) nothing could be change. They charged resort fee, but the pool is closed during the week. The fee only offers wifi and parking. No more late check out, now they charge $35 per hour if you need a little more time to get ready. The safe in the room doesn't work.
