I do not recommend this hotel! The room was dirty, for example the sink and the toilet were not cleaned. The breakfast was very simple and it did not taste good. It looked like the food was old. The glasses for tea and cofee and the plates were not proper cleaned.

I never stayed a hotel like that before. Reception most of the time unattended. In the room no basic utilities like tea coffee or cattle. Only provided 2 towel and nothing else. No toiletries. No sleepers. Even no tissue rolls. Toilet you cant use because of the status of it.well if you want to experience a nightmare then be their guest.

I made a reservation at 11 o'clock and called the hotel. I said we were on the road and would arrive around 3-3:30 and they said okay on the phone. When we arrived at the hotel at 3:30, they had locked the doors and were in bed, we were calling, no one answered the phone, we knocked on the door, no one answered, we honked at the door, no one even came to look at that. We couldn't get in even though we made a reservation, we looked for another hotel at that time of night. What a disgrace.

Do not stay there.

The hosts weren't rude but not friendly either. Breakfast was served under a veranda/carport and was a typical Turkish breakfast; they tried taking it away before I was finished even. There was a baby's highchair which was filthy because it hadn't been covered. Someone had stolen an item while I was out. Someone tried to get in my room whilst I was inside but the door was locked. When I opened it, there was no one there. Overall not a positive stay. Stay elsewhere.

Dobry hotelik bardzo blisko Pamukkale - ogromny plus. Niestety pokoje trochę zimne, no ale byliśmy w grudniu, więc ogólnie było chłodno, jednak dało się trochę nagrzać klimatyzacją, woda ciepła, personel pomocny. Bardzo przyjemny właściciel, śniadanie dobre - tureckie. Na krótki pobyt z pewnością polecam ;)

Çok kötü

Kaldığım odada klima hiç soğutmuyordu, çok eskiydi. Yataklar eski ve yayları bozuktu, rahatsızdı. Tuvalet banyo çok eski ve bakımsızdı. Çok kötüydü. Gece geç saatte geldiğim için mecburen giriş yaptım. Gidilecek bir otel değildi. Otel sahibinin tavırları da böyle turistlik bir bölgede beni şaşırttı. Hoş değildi. Gerçekten gidilecek bir otel değil. Arabayı otel önüne bırakmak ve yürüyerek travertene gitmek tek avantajıydı.

This is a horrible hotel. Tacky fake Egyptian decor, exposed electricals and dirty rooms. Upon arrival we were “greated” by a young male teenager chewing gum with a “yes, what?” we told him we had a booking and after initially denying we had admitted there was a booking. We had to pay cash only and the said teenager’s father refused to provide a receipt. Without exaggeration, we asked at least 20 times for a receipt. We were threatened with another day’room charge if we were one minute late checking out.
