Amazing Villa
The guest service was Amazing from start to finish. The communication was awesome the moment I did my reservation. Very secure property and just a great atmosphere The locate is Perfect right by the lake and 5 minutes from central Panajachel.

Property is very nice, located right on the lakefront. However, we found a scorpion in one of the beds and the beds were very hard and the pillows lumpy. Also, since early Thursday morning, very loud music and singing from nearby church were very annoying.

Gracias Carlos por sus comentarios. Nuestra camas son son ortopédicas para poder lograr un equilibrio intermedio para nuestros huéspedes. La bulla de música en la Playa es algo que esta fuera de nuestras posibilidades controlar. Es ocasional pero puede suceder. Lamentamos el inconveniente........

Great property, its a better fit for a family or a bigger group of friends. The main strip Santadel is far but you can get a tik tok for 5Q per person to take you there. Right by the lake, definitely recommend.

It is a little difficult to get to the hotel. The complex is very nice but it needs a swimming pool.

Las Villas son muy bonitas y muy bien mantenidas, la ubicación es en la orilla del lago y el personal muy atento. recomiendo Villas Jucanya para familias que quieran un lugar lindo para pasar unos día un Panajachel.

descanso familiar.
todo el personal muy amable. me prestaron parrillera gratis hasta la puerta. es un ambiente familiar, hay tranquilidad por las noches. todo esta cerca.

Excelente lugar. Bien equipado. Ideal para viajes en familia. Suficientemente lejos del bullicio de la calle Santander para descansar. La playa está cruzando la calle. Solo sugeriría equipar las camas con ropa de mejor calidad y que el checkout fuera más tarde.
