The front desk, hospitality, restaurant staff were all excellent. The ambiance was excellent, albeit great distances within the hotel to get to rooms. The time of the year was unfortunate - tail end of monsoons, but managed to have a great time in the pool, as against the beach. My wife and I are frequent travelers and would say, hands down to Double Tree Panji the best hotel experience we ever had. Trust me or not I wouldn’t have remembered the staff names. You guys are great made our 3 weeks traveling around India worthwhile and Double Tree was our last stop. We couldn’t wish for more to end our vacation. Thank again.
