"The front desk clerk saw us and another couple in line waiting to check in and didn’t even acknowledge us. She was talking to another person. Later that same evening my husband and I were returning from dinner and noticed suspicious activity in the parking lot. We didn’t feel safe and the desk personnel weren’t concerned. "

"I checked in at 9 pm on 4/25/26. While we were sleeping at about 2:30 am a male entered our room. I jumped up to protect myself and ran him out the room. The front desk claims it was an accident and he was given our same room. It was a terrifying experience in the middle of the night. Management offered a half hearted apology and that was it. No phones in the room. Smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. I am very skeptical this was an accident!"

"The room was OK besides the carpet being sticky so you can’t walk around barefooted not even to go to the restroom. Also, the air conditioner did not get cold."
