Amazing Find in Casco

The apartment is in a private building diagonal to Plaza Herrera close to everything (bars, restaurants), Amazing view on the balcony overlooking the southern entrance of the canal. The apartment is well distributed (2 distinct areas), comfortable and well furnished

This was a great location near the plaza, which made it easily accessible to food and shopping. We walked in the apartment and literally fell in love. The decor was nice the, mattresses were comfortable, and it was extremely clean. The balcony views were aesthetically pleasing as well. We had everything we needed there. The host made sure to reach out and let us know they we could contact them about any concerns and needs we might have. It was a perfect location, and a perfect stay.

Travelers should be aware that this property is not as described and does not meet basic standards for a hotel/apt stay. It is significantly misrepresented and has unacceptable living conditions. The apt clearly has a mold or mildew problem. Not only can you smell it immediately upon entering, but after investigation we could actually see it in the shower. UNHEALTHY and UNACCEPTABLE! The air conditioning unit makes a constant loud rattling noise in the bedroom. It needs servicing. It would be impossible to sleep with that racket. The bed is listed as a queen size, but it is a double and it is worn and uneven, sagging noticeably on one side. And finally…that beautiful balcony that you think is over looking the city and you might enjoy your morning coffee on…actually overlooks a slum apartment building. We left immediately and asked for a refund given the misrepresentation. Expedia was not able to reach Wynwood House and Expedia offered us only $37 compensation for our 3 night stay. Wow!!!! Really? Don’t make the mistake of booking this place.

Terrible noise!

The unit was nice and spacious and I was about to marvel at how I got such a great deal in such a great location until night time, when the club across the building blasted music until 2am. Sound proofing and blackout shades were non-existent. Couldnt sleep at all. Worst experience I ever had.

The building is nicely renovated but directly adjacent the loudest bar in the neighbourhood. Even with earplugs it was not possible to sleep with the music at full blast until 2:30. Would not stay here again.

Loud - do not book

Do not stay here. The apartment is so loud adjacent to the nightclub across the street that it is impossible to sleep. We ended up having to move the mattress into the kitchen and close the door to try and block out more noise. Terrible.

Es muy céntrica, cercana a todos los lugares de moda en el Casco. El lugar super limpio, decoración moderna, el help desk siempre está a tu disposición y algo que amamos es que a pesar de estar frente a dos bares muy populares en la zona, una vez entras al apartamento no te enteras del ruido. Tiene un balconcito delicioso que te permite disfrutar la música y la buena vibra de afuera pero cuando cierras la puerta no se escucha ni el más mínimo ruido. Ideal para ir en familia o en pareja.
