"Very nice, clean refurbished rooms with great bathrooms. Car parking is available on site. The pool area is small but clean and pleasant. The breakfast buffet is nice. Would be even better if signage was clearer in the reception. Some refurbishment is ongoing but this only seemed to impact the lifts sometimes. "

"The hotel is very close to the Sunway Lagoon waterpark which is the main reason we selected this hotel. It is also very right next to the Sunway Pyramid mall so very close to shopping and dining. There was some confusion with room booking and I had to upgrade ours to the family room to ensure we get 2 double bed. I suggest to ensure webpage does not allow the wrong selection since it is not a good feeling to have to pay more once you get there. The family room is quite nice. They provided robes and slippers for kids as well and they also have bath soap for kids. My one complain is they do not refresh the water bottles they provided which doesn’t make sense to me. I get that I might not get more bottles per day but since I am staying multiple nights, they should refresh daily. "

"Lovely property with wonderful staff. Right from the time we checked in to the time we checked out, we were treated as valued guests. The staff greeted us at every opportunity and asked if we needed anything every time we saw someone. Justine who took care of us in the restaurant was just amazing. She went out of her way to ensure we had all we needed. She even arranged a small cake and candle as my daughter turned 17 during our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Overall a perfect stay and we will be back. "
