The first unit we did stay one night was really terrible. Shower wasn't working, towels, furniture in summary overall was terrible. After our complain they did change to another unit. It was a bit better but didn't worth the money we did pay. Still especially the kitchen and overall furniture was not more than two star hotel.

Our first time staying at Alona Swiss , we love it ! The staff is the best in Alona ! Great location you can walk to everything . Nothing fancy but affordable , safe , pleasant staff ,beautiful landscaping , crystal clear pool and very affordable . We will be back . Thank you to all the staff who greeted us with smiles !! 本次是第3次入住。跟過去的入住比較，今次加多提拱電熱水壺及2支膠樽水(但只限第1日，其後沒有提供)。wifi 訊號只集中在receiption 及泳池部份。到大街，轉左步行5分鐘，有7-11便利店及麥當勞。轉右，步行3分鐘，有一所較大家的藥房。泳池區較多蚊，不能長留。

I really dont want to say too much because I want this hidden gem to myself!! New owner Raphael is already improving this quiet little gem hidden just off the hustle and bustle in Alona. COmfy, quiet, excellent service...this is my go to spot in Alona.
