Property facilities are not functioning due to site. Expedia hould not be marketing this hotel. Protesters blocking off entrances for both pedestrians and vehicles. $45 a night to park. Stupid resort fee. Breakfast was frozen. Other potatoes were saturated in grease. Pool has no relaxation area as there are drums sirens and shouting all day and night. Never staying here again.

There was a strike going on that we weren’t notified of or else we would have chosen a different property. Constant noise outside that can be heard in the hotel from the strikers that go from 7 am- 10 pm every single day. You have to walk past all of them to get in and out of the hotel. We couldn’t enjoy the outdoor amenities due to the noise, the restaurant had limited options and Starbucks was closed all because of staffing. I tried to get at least a partial refund as I did not get what I paid for and haven’t had success.

The property charged me $150 for something we didn’t buy. Try to reverse this charge is a nightmare I can’t seem to connect to the front desk to straighten out the situation. So I will need to disbute it with the credit card company. What a hassle. The hotel didn’t send the check out receipt by email either. There was a strike on the property during our stay.The strikers were exceptionally LOUD from 7am-10pm. There were limited services(food, room cleaning, amenities) available. We couldn't enjoy the pool or the bar due to noise. There was limited staff everywhere although the ones that worked were kind. It was a miserable experience!! We never would have stayed there had we known a strike was occurring.

Unfortunately we arrived as a strike on the Hilton was going on. The strikers were very loud so that started us off. Access was channeled through certain areas, dining was limited to an expensive buffet, and service was lacking. Hope you resolve your issues Hilton, but I can't say it was great stay.

I WANT A FULL REFUND. It was a terrible stay. There was a noisy strike going on, and I was not notified in advance. Restricted access to hotel grounds and parking garage, as well as terrible check-in and check-out experience. There were extremely limited food options. If I don't hear back from Expedia and/or the Hilton within 72 hrs, it will be the last time I use Expedia and the Hilton properties.
