The staff was excellent!! There was one lady i wish I could have gotten her name she was absolutely amazing!! She deserves a raise, praise everything. I have a new allergy and once I realized the pillows where feathered she was on it and had them switched out so fast! This is where we will stay for now on when we visit San Diego. The rooms where clean and quiet.

We checked into this hotel after the first hotel had a safety concern/issue. When we checked in, we immediately felt safer because the level of security and friendly staff that greeted us late at night. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well as the free coffee/tea available in the lobby. For the most part, facility was clean but some patrons left the lobby area and outside of the property messy. We did enjoy our room though as the beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. For the Labor Day weekend morning staff, there was one lady that didn't seem as friendly when we'd approach her but other than that, our stay was good.

Breakfast buffet & hours (6-10 am) each day was fabulous. Staff were very friendly. A change machine for the guest laundry would be an excellent addition. We were sent next door to the sister property to use their change machine.
